Do you offer shipment tracking?

 Pins come with tracking. Your shipping confirmation email will include a USPS tracking number. Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update its current location.


What is the refund or exchange policy?
All sales are final. I don’t accept returns or exchanges but please contact me at [email protected] if you have any problems with your order.


What if my order is lost?
On rare occasions, USPS may lose or mis-deliver your package or it could be stolen after delivery. I cannot be responsible for these incidents once it is in the hands of USPS. If you have been tracking your shipping information and believe your package is missing, please contact me ASAP at [email protected].


What if my order arrives with damage?
I pack all orders carefully to handle any distress that may occur during shipping. If you received a damaged item, contact me at [email protected] within 3 days of receiving your order with documentation of damaged products/packaging. I cannot be responsible for unfortunate events that occur outside of my control.


What if I receive the wrong item?
I will do my best to ensure you have the right products. If I made a mistake, please email [email protected] with documentation of wrong products within 3 days of receiving your order and I will fix this.


Why does the shade or color of my wood pins look slightly different from product photos?
I use real, natural wood which varies slightly from tree to tree and from board to board. Wood grain and color will always vary which means every pin is unique and different from the next!


Can I resell your products?
No, Markus Long’s goods are for personal use only. Reselling of any kind (including repurposing/adapting) is not permitted unless authorized by me.
